gPS Tools
gPS is a large internal group within the Google Ads org. They’re responsible for implementing simple, effective customer service tools to keep things behind the scenes running smoothly. We were asked to develop a full brand and identity package for them. We started with a mission statement and tagline. After that, we defined their voice and tone. From there, we came up with a look and feel. Then we launched an entire comms program including newsletters and regular email dispatch. This project is ongoing as we continue to develop a full how-to guide to help management come up with creative ways to unify the staff.
