We were asked to help internally launch Authorable Workflows—a powerful program designed to fully automate the resolution and closure of less complex customer issues without getting support agents involved. The client was looking for a playful way to make the notion of automation less abstract. We came up the idea of an animated spokesperson named Authy—a super-efficient, incredibly busy robot who works tirelessly behind the scenes to make agents’ lives easier. Once we sold the concept, the team went to work to develop a series of animated emails and a short, informational video to help. The clients praised the work and we've been told "Authy" is sometimes referred to around the office as a fellow co-worker.
